Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Yogic Verse ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. General Policy
- All payments made to Yogic Verse are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual service agreement or this policy.
- Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, stage of delivery, and the specific terms agreed upon in the service agreement or proposal.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@yogicverse.com within the applicable timeframe.
2. Service-Specific Refund Terms
2.1 Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Ad spend paid directly to Google or Meta is non-refundable by Yogic Verse. Refunds for ad spend must be requested directly from the respective platform.
- Management fees are non-refundable once the campaign setup and optimization work has commenced.
- If services have not commenced and no work has been delivered, a refund of management fees may be issued minus a 15% administrative charge.
- We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns. Non-achievement of expected results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
2.2 Website Development
- Refunds are available only if the project is cancelled before any design or development work has begun, minus a 20% administrative and planning charge.
- Once wireframes, designs, or development milestones have been delivered and approved, no refund will be issued for completed phases.
- For milestone-based projects, refunds apply only to undelivered and unstarted milestones.
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, plugins, licenses) are non-refundable.
2.3 Wellness CRM (SaaS)
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and have not actively used the platform, you may request a full refund.
- Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once the setup process has commenced.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not eligible for pro-rata refunds unless specified in the service agreement.
2.4 AI Wellness Chatbot
- Setup and configuration fees are non-refundable once chatbot training and deployment has begun.
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
- If the chatbot has not been deployed and no configuration work has started, a refund may be issued minus a 15% administrative charge.
2.5 Business Process Optimization & Sales Operations
- Consulting and implementation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If the engagement is cancelled before any deliverables have been produced, a refund may be issued minus a 20% charge for planning and resource allocation.
- Training sessions, workshops, and strategy documents delivered are non-refundable.
2.6 Consulting and Strategy Services
- Fees for completed consulting sessions, strategy calls, and delivered reports are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- Submit your refund request in writing to billing@yogicverse.com with your name, service details, invoice number, and reason for the request.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds processed via bank transfer may take additional time depending on your bank.
- We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to process your refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Ad spend paid to Google, Meta, or any third-party advertising platform
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Third-party software licenses, plugins, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
- Hosting fees paid to third-party providers
- SMS, WhatsApp API, or telephony credits consumed
- Payment gateway transaction fees
- Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
5. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to legal@yogicverse.com. We will review escalated requests within 15 business days and provide a final decision. All disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction as defined in our Terms of Service.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and collection of outstanding amounts. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is unjustified.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase or service agreement will apply to that transaction.
